AN online auction featuring 19 Wirral properties is due to take place later this month.
Smith and Sons' sale will take place on February 26, with viewings underway.
It features 22 'diverse' Merseyside-based lots, including several terraced investment properties with guide prices beginning as low as £10,000.
There are a number of lots that are described as 'ideal for investment purposes'. Among them is a 'large imposing' property in Tranmere featuring some eight apartments guided at £250,000 – £270,000.
There is also a large detached property on Old Chester Road in Birkenhead which includes five 'quality, modern self-contained apartments', with a guide of £320,000 – £340,000.
A number of commercial properties are also available including a two-storey detached building on Daryl Road in Heswall offered at a guide of £150,000 – £170,000, as well as 81 New Chester Road, New Ferry, a vacant two-storey property including ground floor retail space with first floor office/storage, guided at only £40,000 – £50,000.
There are investment properties in St Georges Avenue and Elmswood Road, Birkenhead, with a vacant semi-detached house for refurbishment on Grange Farm Crescent in West Kirby which, according to the seller, 'would make an ideal family home once works have been carried out'.
