A MIND coach from Wirral has been named one of the UK's best female entrepreneurs.
Alison Blackler, founder of 2minds Limited, was recognised by Small Business Britain's 'f:Entrepreneur' campaign.
Since starting her business in 2010, she has helped thousands of people and businesses unlock their potential using psychology and the power of the mind.
(Image: Supplied) Alison works with people who feel 'lost' or lack purpose, as well as those dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt.
She is also a motivational speaker and author, and has worked with companies including Sainsbury's and BMW.
One of Alison's clients said: "We have worked with Alison for more than three years and she has been integral to us as a team providing us the tools for growth, team cohesion, and communication.
"We wouldn’t operate as a team like we do without her guidance and leadership.

(Image: Supplied) Alison's journey began when she was young and had no confidence, but things changed when she started to understand her own mind.
She studied and learned more about the way that humans are wired and this enabled her to challenge her inner critic and the unhelpful thoughts.
She founded 2minds in 2010 and has since transformed the mindset and lives of many.

"I have been on a gradual learning curve for many years.
"The wealth of my journey started to unfold when I became curious about my thoughts and realised that I could not free myself from my ‘baggage’ and limiting beliefs without understanding its purpose and reason, and thereby change my thinking."
(Image: Supplied) Having just entered her 15th year in business, Alison has just been awarded Executive Coach Of The Year 2024 at the Innovation & Excellence Awards.
