Trainee solicitor from Wirral wins a prestigious award

A trainee solicitor from Wirral has won a prestigious award.

Harriet Hansen, who works for Peter Edwards Law in Hoylake won the Rising Star Award presented by the Liverpool Law Society.

Now in their 10th year, the awards are presented in recognition of the talent, diversity and skills shown by members of the legal profession across the Merseyside region and beyond.

After being presented with the accolade during a ceremony on Thursday night (November 9), Harriet said: "I can’t quite believe it. I was happy enough to be shortlisted, but I didn’t expect to win. It’s incredible!"

Harriet was up against tough competition from talented solicitors at well-known practices across Merseyside.
