Suspected drug dealer named after house raided

A suspected drug dealer has been named after police raided a house in St Helens.

Officers have charged a man with drug supply offences following an investigation into County Lines drug dealing. As part of Operation Toxic, a warrant was executed at a house in St Helens on Monday, November 6.

Vinnie Hagan, 35, of Friar Street, St Helens was arrested at his address. Police also recovered £6,000 of cash. Hagan was later charged on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs (crack cocaine and heroin).

He has been remanded into custody and will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court today, Tuesday, November 7. A spokesperson for Merseyside police said: "A man from St Helens has been charged with drug supply offences following an investigation into County Lines drug dealing.

"Following extensive inquiries carried out by officers as part of Operation Toxic, a warrant was executed at a property in St Helens on Monday 6 November. Vinnie Hagan, 35, of Friar Street, St Helens was arrested at his address where officers also recovered £6,000 of cash.
