Liverpool's Christmas markets are beginning to take shape ahead of their grand return this weekend.
From November 18 until December 24, the markets will be returning to St George's Plateau and William Brown Street. The area will once again hold the Christmas markets like they have done since the move from Church Street in 2016.
Several key components are already constructed including the classic carousel, big wheel and snow slide, all of which can be seen by passersby from Lime St.

Returning for 2023 will be the tipi bar, ski bar, windmill bar where guests can get a drink. New for 2023 is the Bavarian bar. The new addition will host local performers on the weekends while the karaoke ski-lifts will return for those wanting to take the music into their own hands.
Although preparations are still underway, some of the continuously returning stalls include Pick and Mix, Yorkshire Pudding Wrap Co, Meme Salt and Pepper Sui Mai, The Greek and Halloumination Halloumi Fries. They're joined by independent businesses offering something for the sweet tooth including chocolates, cakes, pretzels, doughnuts, churros and an assortment of Christmas treats.
Liverpool's Christmas market will start on Saturday, November 18, and run until Sunday, December 24. Stalls will be open from 11am and close at 10pm.
