Winter shoppers are raving about Marks & Spencer's Cord High Waisted Jeggings which have been flying off the shelves this month. Priced at £19.50, the cotton-rich trouser alternative have a skinny fit with a high waist and ankle-grazing length.
"Added stretch" helps them retain their shape, and according to M&S the elasticated waistband makes them "extra comfortable to wear". The jeggings have pockets on the front and back, and come in five low-key colours of black, navy, neutral, bitter chocolate, and thunder (dark grey).
Shoppers can choose between sizes 6 to 20, with petite, regular, and long sizes available. Flagged as "in demand" on the Marks & Spencer website, the jeggings have received an overall score of 4.5 stars.

One buyer left a review that reads: "Brilliant, a bargain price very warm and comfortable." Another added: "Perfect for winter. Good comfortable fit. So warm I bought a second pair!"
A third shopper said: "Love my cords. True to size, very comfortable and cosy. Well made. The cord isn’t thin like some, and good quality. I have three colours, wishing they came in green! Wash well and I like the high waist, and the trouser legs aren’t skinny which is a plus for me. No zips or buttons just pull them up. Perfect!"
While a fourth wrote: "Really comfortable cord trousers with no annoying zip and button. Would definitely recommend."
Although, this customer said: "These are lovely. Very dark and hopefully remain so black. The only thing is that although there is an elastic waist, there is no give at the waist on the trousers. It makes them tight on the waist."
