A MAN was arrested at Wallasey Tunnel for suspected drug driving offences.
Yesterday afternoon (Monday, November 27) a 42-year-old man from Liverpool was arrested at the Wallasey Tunnel approach on suspicion of drug driving under the influence of cannabis and cocaine.
The man has been released under investigation.
The arrest comes as part of Operation Limit, as officers speak to driver about Merseyside Police’s winter drink and drug drive campaign. So far officers have made 120 arrests during the campaign.
