A huge Christmas party is coming to a Merseyside town with a grotto, mini pantomimes and market stalls.
The event will take place at the Lord Street Bandstand in Southport between 1pm and 5pm on Saturday, November 18. Bitesize pantomimes from stars appearing in the Jack and The Beanstalk show and The Pied Piper panto will take to the stage alongside performances from local dance groups.
Kids can enjoy face painting and a Frozen singalong show from Starkidz or visit Santa’s grotto at The Vincent Hotel, a festive fair inside Cambridge Walks, a BBQ at The Pavilion, or more Christmas fun at The Entertainer.

A festive craft workshop, and Christmas arts and a crafts market will pop up at The Atkinson with traditional Christmas carols before Santa himself appears to switch on the Christmas lights later in the evening.
Southport BID is bringing the brand new bear and reindeer illuminations to town with the installations sitting on either side of the 60 ft LED Christmas tree in Southport’s Town Hall Gardens.
