A family home littered with unopened cans of Stella Artois and rubbish could be yours for just £80,000.

The property will need a major revamp with every room requiring a makeover. Listed for £80,000 the Llandudno house is set to go to auction on March 31 and photos of the home show just what you will be getting for the price.

Piles of rubbish are strewn all over the place, soft furnishings are stained and clutter threatens to overwhelm. One photo even shows a pack of Stella Artois on the bedside cabinet which remain untouched.

The house listing has been shared on social media with a lot of people commenting on its condition – you can view its condition in our gallery here. However, estate agents Allsop has reassured potential buyers that the house will be cleared of all rubbish and unwanted items when the sale of the site is completed, reports NorthWalesLive.

Clutter inside shows stacks of paper piled up in one corner of the room, a dirty unmade bed and a mould-ridden toilet along with rubbish and bags strewn over the rear overgrown garden floor. Whoever takes on the property will need some serious elbow grease – and a strong stomach.

Allsop auctions say the property will be open for viewing every Monday and Wednesday before the auction but strongly encourage that all viewers wear a face mask and gloves when viewing the property. They also ask people not to visit if they are displaying symptoms of coronavirus.
